Q: How do I know if I'm going to like the design or even the finished product?

A: Clients are never surprised with the final product because we do a full color proof and an exact rendering of what it will look like which the client signs off on before anything goes to print.

Q: How do specials work?
A: In this business suppliers are often overstocked on certain products and materials. So we take advantage of these offers and pass the savings on to you. This is why we will have unique specials from time to time that will seem surprisingly low. They are for a limited time only though so if you ever come across one of our special prices it really won't be around forever.

Q: When I have you design something for me (logo, ad, brochure, etc.) do I own the rights to it or do you?
A: We design for one purpose.... YOU. Our designs belong to us and anything created by an employee of AZCA Printing & Graphics belongs to us, not the employee. However, we do not necessarily require the ownership of the artwork. Providing you are in good standing with our financing department, you may request an ownership certificate. This certificate provides you with full ownership to the logo, artwork and rights to reproduce. The only thing we will retain is the right to use it in our marketing (in a respectful manner) as examples of work we have created.

Q: Can I supply my own file?
A: Absolutely! Depending on the work we are doing for you, we will have some specifications and of course those specifications are to make your product the best it can be.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Checks, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover.
